Moore v Alliant Credit Union (Resource Hub)
“The masses have never thirsted after truth. They turn aside from evidence that is not to their taste, preferring to deify error, if error seduce them. Whoever can supply them with illusions is easily their master; whoever attempts to destroy their illusions is always their victim. An individual in a crowd is a grain of sand amid other grains of sand, which the wind stirs up at will.” - Gustav Le Bon (The Crowd)

The True Source of Binding Law: The People and Natural Law
The Moore v. Alliant Credit Union case, though presented as a mock legal proceeding, carries profound significance. It serves as a reminder that the ultimate source of binding law is not Congress, the Supreme Court, or any legislative or judicial body, but the people themselves, guided by their ability to discover, comprehend, and live in harmony with natural law.
Natural law reflects principles that are self-evident, universal, and immutable—life, liberty, property, and justice. These principles are not created by courts or legislatures, nor can they be erased by them. They are inherent to human existence, and each individual has a personal responsibility to understand and live by them.
When courts, legislative bodies, or law enforcement stray from natural law, their authority ceases to be legitimate. These institutions are not creators of law but mirrors of the actions, beliefs, and principles of the people who support or tolerate them. What we practice in our daily lives inevitably echoes in the halls of Congress and the Supreme Court.

As Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.” Demand begins with action.
About the Artist: Zachary Moore
Zachary Moore is a visionary thinker, author, and artist who uses creativity to challenge systemic injustice and provoke deeper contemplation of truth, authority, and natural law. As the architect behind the provocative Moore v. Alliant Credit Union art project, Zachary confronts the twin forces of usury and unfounded authority, exposing their corrosive impact on society.
Drawing from his own experiences and a deep understanding of contract law, theology, and history, Zachary’s work shines a light on the ways in which systems of power manipulate the lives of individuals. His thought-provoking art and writing reflect a lifelong commitment to the principles of life, liberty, and property, as well as a profound empathy for the human condition.
Zachary’s approach is informed by both his academic rigor and personal journey. A former record-breaking sales executive and devoted father, Zachary balances the demands of professional achievement with a deeply held belief in the transformative power of love, faith, and justice. His work draws inspiration from history, scripture, and his own unyielding commitment to truth, creating a body of art that serves as both a mirror and a call to action.
In Moore v. Alliant Credit Union, Zachary invites us to question the foundations of authority, exposing its reliance on collective illusion and challenging us to imagine a world free from systemic fraud. His project serves not just as a critique but as a hopeful vision of liberation and the restoration of natural law.
Zachary currently resides as a political prisoner at 371 Buckskin Court in Parker Colorado under constant threat by the Elbert County Sheriff’s office operating on eviction orders by Judge Teresa Slade who is doing the bidding of Messner Reeves LLP for their client Alliant Credit Union. Instead of engaging in violence or armed rebellion, Zachary has simply asked one question over and over again. Where is there any proof of a valid contract or evidence of an injured party. He has asked Alliant Credit Union this on record no less than six time via the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s complaint portal and he submitted a written affidavit to the actual complaint of contract breach against him in the Elbert County Colorado’s District Court. Alliant Credit Union and its law-firm Messner Reeves LLP did not provide this evidence, Judge Theresa Slade did not require this evidence, and the Elbert County Sheriff’s office did not look for this evidence. Instead everyone has simply given the excuse “I am just doing my job” without adhering to the very basics of contract law or the constitution of the United States of America. Folks, please read the entire story, all of the blog posts from this past week. In the last half hour, I read the mock case, started compiling the order of operations over the last week, saw how this idea came to fruition and how this relates to the blogger's own horrendous situation in Colorado with a puke for a sheriff and an equally pukey LLC. Some digging into the Sheriff reveals a 30 year career in Phoenix PD as an FOP [should be outlawed] LODGE MEMBER and pResident for a period of time unknown, police training which is a bad sign for the next generation of PPD ignoble LEOs, and K-9 training as well,(poor dogs.) Here's the scoop folks, All corruption is local and local is everywhere. DC cannot fix it for you. They won't either. You have to clean house locally. This mock case and the actual one behind it requires your undivided attention and your recognition of the fact that nobody can escape their responsibility to protect and preserve your own rights and the rights of others. This crap can happen to all of you. Do something about it before it does. Trump is at best, a stop gap but he isn't saying boo about this underlying issue with fiat currency being an ancient fraud or the usury of the courts and their enforcement [PROCESS SERVERS] like this PHONY sheriff doing the exact opposite of his job. CLEARFIELD DOCTRINE APPLIES to all incorporated government. Bifurcation of persons (your lawful tradename) and claiming two Jurisdictions,[THEM] and [Them] UCC and UCMJ respectively in process service is a big NO NO. Examine all official paperwork from courts and "judges" and any "official" any person. They are all toast, locally, countywide, everywhere.
