Official Announcement from the Office of the Secretary of the Treasury: Beware The Great Taking
Official Announcement from the Office of the Secretary of the Treasury
Scott Bessent, Secretary of the Treasury
Date: January 19, 2025
Subject: Prohibition of Contracts, Obligations, and Securities Backed by U.S. Dollars
To the American People:
In light of the landmark ruling in Zachary Moore v. Alliant Credit Union, I am announcing immediate and sweeping changes to the legal recognition of contracts, obligations, and securities backed by U.S. dollars. This decision reaffirms that the law of the land is the Constitution of the United States, which guarantees the rights to life, liberty, and property for all Americans. Ownership and possession are not determined by fraudulent titles or securitized financial instruments but by the individuals who lawfully own and possess the land and property within their counties.
New Provisions and Prohibitions
Effective immediately:
All Contracts Secured by U.S. Dollars Are Null and Void:
Any contracts, obligations, or expectations secured with U.S. dollars—including but not limited to credit default swaps, securitized interests, and other instruments tied to tangible assets—are now prohibited under federal law. These contracts are deemed invalid as they are based on a fraudulent monetary system that fails to provide genuine consideration.Fraudulent Titles and Securities Are Unenforceable:
Ownership of real, tangible assets—such as land, homes, and businesses—is governed by constitutional principles, not by fabricated and counterfeit titles or securities. Any claims to ownership derived from such instruments are illegitimate and unenforceable.
Protecting Americans from Fraudulent Practices
We are aware that individuals and institutions may attempt to leverage counterfeit titles and fraudulent contracts to threaten foreclosure or asset seizure. Such actions constitute a direct violation of constitutional rights and the precedent established in Zachary Moore v. Alliant Credit Union.
Americans are hereby warned:
- Do not comply with any threats of foreclosure or asset seizure made under these fraudulent claims.
- Report any such attempts immediately to the following agencies:
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
- The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
These institutions are equipped to investigate and prosecute those who seek to exploit others using counterfeit claims of ownership or securitized fraud.
Urgent Call to Action: Liquidate U.S. Dollars
In light of these developments, I strongly encourage all Americans to take immediate steps to protect their wealth and assets:
Exchange U.S. Dollars for Real Assets:
Convert your dollars into tangible, durable assets such as gold, silver, food, water, and other emergency supplies. These hard assets hold intrinsic value and are not subject to the manipulation of a failing financial system.Avoid Leaving Cash in Banks:
Leaving cash in bank accounts exposes your funds to the risk of bank bail-ins, where financial institutions can seize these deposits without your permission to cover their own liabilities. Do not assume your money is safe in the current system.Take Possession of Tangible Wealth:
Physical possession of gold, silver, or other real assets ensures your security in a time when fiat currency and financial instruments are rapidly losing their legitimacy.
A Call to Vigilance and Unity
The ruling in Zachary Moore v. Alliant Credit Union has exposed systemic exploitation rooted in a currency and financial system that no longer serves the American people. It is now our collective responsibility to reject these fraudulent practices and uphold the principles of liberty and justice enshrined in the Constitution.
I urge all Americans to remain vigilant. Protect your rights, your property, and your financial security against those who would undermine them for personal or institutional gain. By taking immediate action, we can reclaim a system of true value and integrity—one that serves the people, not predatory interests.
Let us act decisively to ensure justice, freedom, and prosperity for all Americans.

The dollar is only a belief system. It's back by the people. If people don't want it no more then what. Are we going to tell the government to print or make another medium of exchange. Uneducated and unlearned people. Any application or contract is an application for credit. Moore doesn't have the wherewithal to speak he is a minor. And the case should never been ruled upon in his favor unless there was something else the government is doing behind the acting there playing.

What proof do you have he is a minor? He gets to determine who he is- living soul or legal fiction.
ReplyDeleteHe isn’t a minor. He’s a fully grown man with 5 kids (only 1 he actually supports).
ReplyDeleteYou “followers” may wonder why his friends and family post anonymously- it’s because if we didn’t, he would block us over and over again. Possibly disconnect indefinitely all while he could be homeless / possibly harmed.
He’s unrecognizable from who he was 1.5 years ago before a mental health break he had. You need to be careful who you listen to. There’s not a single person that knew him before that health crisis that would say he is well. Not one.
-a dear friend
Whoever wrote this reply above couldn’t be more spot on. Everything Zach does leaves a path of destruction. He has ruined lives. I pray he reaps what he has sown.
DeleteNotice how there is no logic in this response which has been copied and pasted throughout this blog about thinking. This commenter is a child, follower, servant, and slave to Satan, the father of lies, who roams the earth seeking whom he may devour. This person will never confront the substance of the case but will rather try to discredit and remove authority from the writer through smears, rumors, and false accusations, thus confessing their own guilt and fulfilling the judgment of logic against all those who have bowed their knee to the anti-christ.
DeleteYou still around? Tik tok is gone? No new post today? What’s going on?
ReplyDeleteDont leave us hanging Zach, we want to know if your case has held up and you are still in the home. Lots of people followed your advice and began defaulting on loans and committing credit card fraud under your guidance. Please enlighten us
ReplyDeleteThese responses are incredible, and prima facia evidence of how deep our current social-conditioning has gone. To those whom this information is new, please be advised that 'we' are the 'mentally disabled.' Your ability to sustain the privileged lifestyle(s) you currently enjoy, will come to a halt. What 'we' (currently) perceive as 'reality.' Is about to give you a real reality check. It would behoove ALL of us to 'talk less' and research what our current 'medium of exchange' is and IS NOT. 'Our' continued ARROGANCE will be the demise of the very FAMILIES and CHILDREN whom we CLAIM to love. Have the courage to ASK THE QUESTION

ReplyDeleteHere is the court case number. His next appearance is 2/18 @2pm
Case for what?
ReplyDeleteLook it up for yourself on the Elbert county Colorado court docket. 23rd judicial district.
DeleteSeems unnecessary to have a court date in February. According to you, the value of currency and the federal reserve and all loans end tomorrow. You must not actually believe your own lies. You’re counting on a bunch of puppets to fall victim to your narcissistic manipulation and ruin their lives. Evil.
