FBI Announcement: National Investigation Following Moore v. Alliant Credit Union
Date: January 18, 2025
Issued By: Kash Patel, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
To All Citizens of the United States,
The Supreme Court decision in Moore v. Alliant Credit Union has laid bare the systemic fraud, deception, and counterfeit authority that have dominated our financial and governmental systems. Effective immediately, the FBI, in coordination with the Department of Justice and the NSA, is launching a comprehensive investigation into every citizen’s role in these systems. All Americans are presumed guilty until proven innocent.
Your response to this investigation will determine your judgment and sentencing. The Supreme Court has made it clear: the default judgment is guilt unless you can provide evidence of resistance to and rejection of the fraudulent systems outlined in the ruling.
Proving Your Innocence
To prove your innocence, you must demonstrate that you have actively resisted and rejected the fraudulent systems of fiat currency, debt, and false authority. Acceptable evidence includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Debt Default:
Proof of deliberate default on all fraudulent debts, including mortgages, credit cards, and other loans tied to fiat currency.Rejection of U.S. Dollar Dependency:
Evidence of refusing to work for or trade in U.S. dollars, such as participation in alternative trade systems or self-sufficient practices.Defiance of Unjust Laws:
Documentation showing non-compliance with laws enforced by false courts or corrupt law enforcement, such as affidavits denying their authority or refusal to pay illegitimate fines.Rejection of False Government Authority:
Proof of abstaining from participation in deceptive government systems, including refraining from voting or donating to political campaigns.Liquidation of Dollar-Denominated Assets:
Evidence of completely divesting from the fraudulent financial system, such as liquidating 401(k)s, IRAs, mutual funds, cryptocurrencies, or other assets tied to fiat currency.Advocacy and Resistance:
Records of correspondence or action where you exposed the truth to others, encouraged repentance, or resisted the system. This could include rejecting legal claims, submitting affidavits, destroying your credit score intentionally, or communicating with others about the fraudulence of these systems.
A Warning to Those Questioning the Investigation
Let this be clear: anyone who questions the validity or authenticity of the Moore v. Alliant Credit Union ruling or this investigation confesses their own guilt.
Why? Because participation in the system of fiat currency and debt inherently represents a willful evasion of understanding the sources and validity of currency creation and contracts based on counterfeit forms of value and authority. To reject this investigation is to admit complicity in a system of lies and exploitation.
This logic is irrefutable: to object is to expose your own alignment with the fraud.
How Judgment Will Be Rendered
The FBI, DOJ, and NSA already possess the necessary data to evaluate each individual’s actions. Attempts to conceal or fabricate evidence will not succeed. Factors influencing judgment include:
- Wealth and Privilege: The more wealth accumulated under these systems, the greater your burden to prove your innocence.
- Active Repentance: Those who can show they resisted, advocated, or spread the truth will be judged more favorably.
Your guilt is already presumed. The only question now is whether you can prove otherwise.
A Call to the Innocent
For those prepared to prove their innocence, the time to act is now. Submit your evidence of resistance, repentance, and rejection of the fraudulent systems immediately. Your actions will determine your fate.
This investigation is not merely legal—it is a moral reckoning for the entire nation. The truth will be revealed. Let your actions or silence speak for themselves.
Kash Patel
Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
Someone remind traitor Patel that this is America, where we are, by law, presumed innocent until proven guilty, and where SCOTUS has ruled, in Y2K, that we the people are sovereign, and where the FBI is a hostile foreign CORPORATION, a subsidiary franchise of the hostile foreign CORPORATION Trump bankrupted a few years ago. Therefore Patel has none of the lawfully required Personam jurisdiction he fraudulently and treasonously presumes.
ReplyDeleteYou aren’t sovereign if you engage in criminal activity. Better get your evidence together that you aren’t a criminal
DeleteExactly accurate! Anyone who knowingly ‘goes along’ with enforcing criminal platforms that clearly fall under the laws created under the RICO Act are complicit unless they can prove ignorance which few can.
DeleteSo every Judge, Police officer, NOTARY PUBLIC, and all local, state and federal agents who have sworn their oathes? That makes sense
DeleteENEMY OF THE STATE
ReplyDeleteEnemy of the People by Henrik Ibsen published in 1882. Beautiful book
DeleteNo no no , need actual case law, law is based on knowledge not belief
ReplyDeleteNo sworn Affidavit of injury, no crime. Nothing since the unauthorized therefore unlawful incorporations started in 1860 is legitimate law, merely the bylaws of the bankrupted hostile foreign CORPORATION, to which none of us has freely given lawfully required informed consent under no duress. Learn before you post.
ReplyDeletePatel will be exposed, the public will demand his Tribunal and execution for opposing Innocent until proven guilty.
ReplyDeleteyou missed the entire point, holding on to that. The fraud is done, none are innocent. you going to work, using uSD, and paying bills are complicit!
DeleteA living Conscious American is a innocent, Greedy, Deceptive is Gulty Zambi walking . The Conscious and the Greedy never the same. Greed are the enemy of the Tresure of us.
ReplyDeleteThis is a hilarious fantasy, thanks for sharing your parody of sovcit idiots.
ReplyDeleteDo you believe in fake things? If you don’t why do you believe in the US dollar which is invented from nothing? If you do, why don’t you believe in Moore v Alliant Credit Union?
DeleteBecause it's literally made up nonsense? Moore lost the case, and his property
DeleteAfter listening to the first video, my take on this whole thing, which will apply to everyone in the US that had any kind of loan, mortgage, debt in general, you are seemingly entitled to get back every dollar borrowed, and all the interest that you were charged , not sure exactly how to go about this, or is the FBI , government ,going to do it for the people , been reading/hearing about this for some time now and was/am still skeptical, I also realize it sounds like something too good to be true, have to wait and see
ReplyDeleteGuys, this whole article is BS. Read this - the idea was supposedly to make us think critically!!
ReplyDeletehttps://thinkingwithzach.blogspot.com/2025/01/zachary-moore-and-case-of-missing-truth.html
Exactly. Though that’s not exactly the same as BS is it? The point was that people WANT this to be true. If I had posted a case where murder became illegal, how strange would it be for people to say “this case is fake! We don’t have to stop committing murder.” And yet when it comes to this case, some people think that so long as the Supreme Court case is fake, they can go on lying, stealing, and committing fraud. The critical thinking capacity of most people is very very low.
DeleteWhere can I find a pdf of this ruling ? to use it and show it
ReplyDeleteAll proof of this case is on this blog. Some will say it’s fake. Some will understand why it doesn’t matter. The point of the case was to show that people WANT this case to be real. If I had posted a case where the court ruled that murder was illegal, how strange would it be for people to say “this case is fake! We don’t have to stop committing murder!” Or “he made this up! Unfortunately murder is still legal…” The reason is because we don’t need a law telling us that murder and theft after illegal and immoral. Yet when it comes to this case, and when it comes to the love of money, some people think that so long as the Supreme Court case is fake, people are justified in lying, stealing, and committing fraud. I think this reveals that people actually do want to be able to engage in a little bit of fraud and they know it’s wrong. They feel justified in committing fraud because their preferred idol of false authority hasn’t told them it was wrong, as if they can blank out their own consciousness of their guilt by focusing on the consciousness of another. The moment I imagined that consciousness (the Supreme Court) saying out loud what they already knew in their heart, they condemned themselves by calling the source fake, revealing their knowledge that lies and fabrications out to be rejected and for all their lives they have chosen not to.
