Response to Attempted Contact (Elbert County Sheriff)

Mr. Tim Norton,

I am writing in response to your recent attempt to contact my wife in an effort to reach me. While I recognize that you may feel obligated to act in accordance with court orders, I must reiterate that you are operating under the color of law, enforcing actions that are both unlawful and illegitimate.

I previously sent you and David Fischer a "Notice of Revocation of Authority" on January 29, 2025, which made clear my position. I am not resistant to legitimate legal disputes where an injured party can demonstrate harm caused by me or where a valid contract can be shown to have been broken by me. However, as I have consistently demonstrated, I am the injured party in this matter. The banks involved have broken contract by issuing false promissory notes — fraudulent instruments masquerading as valid obligations.

If you choose to continue acting on behalf of a corrupt court and a fraudulent banking system rather than investigating the clear evidence of wrongdoing I have provided, you risk becoming complicit in these crimes. I have no desire for conflict, but I will hold you accountable for your actions should you persist in enforcing unlawful orders.

That said, I understand that you presently hold an advantage through these corrupted circumstances. If you insist on delivering papers to me, I will cooperate by meeting you at my mailbox on (redacted) solely to remove any pretext for further harassment. However, you should know that I will be accepting such documents strictly under duress, and I will document this fact accordingly. Any further contact or attempt to involve my wife in these matters will be viewed as harassment and coercion.

Once again, I implore the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office to fulfill its rightful duty: to investigate fraud, protect the rights and property of Elbert County’s citizens, and refuse to act as an enforcement arm for criminal financial interests.

I trust you will reflect carefully on your role in this matter. Please understand that I will not entertain any further contact except under duress and with full documentation of my unwilling participation.

Sincerely,

Zachary Moore
