• The Legislature of the State of Colorado
• The Governor of the State of Colorado
• The Legislature of the United States
• The Executive Office of the United States
• The United States Judiciary

RE: Revocation of Any and All Presumed Authority

NOTICE TO ALL PARTIES:

I, the undersigned, a living being with unalienable rights to life, liberty, and property, do hereby and explicitly revoke and deny any and all presumed authority of the above-named and unnamed entities, institutions, or persons claiming jurisdiction or governance over me.

This revocation is made on the basis of Natural Law, the Law of Reason, and the fundamental principle that no authority exists over me except that which I have knowingly, voluntarily, and explicitly agreed to.

REVOCATION OF PRESUMED AUTHORITY

1. No entity listed above or any of its agents have the right to impose, enforce, or adjudicate any claim, obligation, or demand upon me without my explicit and voluntary consent, evidenced by a valid and mutually agreed-upon contract, satisfying the principles of capacity, offer, acceptance, and consideration.

2. No court, sheriff, officer, legislator, executive, or judiciary has the right to summon me, compel my appearance, or otherwise claim jurisdiction over me absent my voluntary and explicit agreement.

3. No person or institution within these entities may lawfully deprive me of my life, liberty, property, or right to act freely without my consent, except where they provide clear and irrefutable proof of injury caused by my direct and voluntary actions to another living being.

4. Any attempt to impose an obligation, fine, order, or restriction without my voluntary agreement or irrefutable proof of harm constitutes fraud, coercion, and an act of aggression against my natural rights.

5. No agent or representative of any governmental body has the right to exercise any power, force, or compulsion against me that I do not also possess as an individual under natural law. Any such claim to monopoly on force or conscience without my consent is hereby rejected as illegitimate.

6. No person, entity, or institution has the right to define me, classify me, or act as if I am subject to their codes, rules, or statutes when I have not knowingly and voluntarily subjected myself to them. Any such misrepresentation is an act of fraud.

7. Any attempt to speak to me regarding the restriction of my rights shall be considered null and void, and those making such an attempt shall be summarily dismissed as irrational and brutish.

8. No person, court, government, or institution has the right to control, limit, or restrict my right to speech, association, commerce, or trade. Any such attempt is an act of tyranny.

DUTY TO UPHOLD THESE PRINCIPLES

By this notice, you are informed that it is your duty and obligation to recognize and uphold these principles. Any failure to do so, any attempt to enforce false claims of authority, or any action taken in contradiction to this notice constitutes a direct violation of natural law and shall be met with proportionate remedy for any loss of life, liberty, or property sustained as a result of your unlawful actions.

Let it be known that I stand as a free and sovereign being under the authority of Natural Law and Nature’s God, and I accept no jurisdiction over my person except that which I explicitly and voluntarily recognize.
