I am writing to alert you to a developing and deeply concerning situation involving the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office, Judge Theresa Slade, and the potential unlawful eviction of a Parker, CO resident, Mr. Zachary Moore, scheduled for Sunday, January 19, 2025.

This issue centers on the use of militarized police tactics, unconstitutional judicial orders, and systemic violations of the rights to life, liberty, and property. Despite notifying the Mayor of Parker, the Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser, and Governor Jared Polis, none of these officials have provided a response to my detailed letters and concerns.
