The Collapse of Modern Governance and the Call for Submission to the Sovereign of Truth

The exchange between J.D. Vance, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Donald Trump reveals a profound crisis at the heart of modern governance, especially in terms of power, leverage, and the fundamental ideas underlying the nation-state. What we are witnessing is not merely a political debate or a diplomatic struggle—it is, at a deeper level, the nuclear meltdownof the foundational model of Western governance, a model based on the assumption that human authority, military power, and economic leverage are sufficient to solve the world’s most pressing problems. This is the core fallacy that has driven the actions of all parties involved, and the crisis is unfolding because none of them are willing to recognize the supremacy of truth as the ultimate source of authority and power, not people, not nations, and certainly not political institutions.

In the conversation, we see this clash of paradigms. Vance advocates for a model of diplomacy based on the assertion of American power, and Zelensky responds with the historical reality that the “talk tough” approach—whether by Obama, Trump, or Biden—has consistently failed to stop Russian aggression and its escalation into full-scale war in Ukraine. Each leader in this exchange is locked in a dance of competing narratives of authority. Vance and Trump cling to the illusion of national power and the idea that America’s leadership, if tough enough, will ensure victory for Ukraine. But Zelensky, grounded in the brutal reality of ongoing death and destruction in Ukraine, exposes the insufficiency of power politics to resolve the crisis. His plea for true diplomacy and his frustration with the empty promises of previous administrations point to a reality that neither Vance nor Trump are willing to accept—that no amount of human power or military force can secure peace if it is not grounded in truth.

This is where the collapse of the modern nation-state model becomes painfully clear. The false belief that human beings, governments, and institutions can control outcomes through sheer power is exactly what has led to the current crisis. Vance and Trump’s insistence on dominance over truth—on using power as the means to control the global order—has shown itself to be not only ineffective but catastrophic. Zelensky’s acknowledgment of Ukraine’s dire situation, despite the billions of dollars and weapons supplied by the U.S., shows that peace cannot be built on the shifting sands of power politicsIt requires submission to a higher law: the universal and unchanging sovereignty of truth, reason, and justice.

The ultimate failure of modern governance, both in the U.S. and globally, is that it continues to elevate human authority over the supremacy of reality—and it is this foundational misunderstanding that will inevitably lead to destruction. Vance, Zelensky, and Trump are all engaged in the same futile game: trying to wield power as if it were the final arbiter of truth. But this leads to deadly domination, not peace. The fact that the conversation reaches an impasse, with Vance accusing Zelensky of ingratitude and Zelensky accusing the U.S. of ignoring the real consequences of the war, reveals the bankruptcy of the nation-state modela world of power without truth, diplomacy without reality, and peace without submission to the ultimate sovereign.

At this point, it becomes clear that the only path forward for humanity—both for the individuals involved in this exchange and the global system as a whole—lies in the recognition of a new sovereign. This is not a sovereign derived from the human imagination, nor one that can be controlled by any government or political leader. It is the sovereign of Truth and Reason, which transcends borders, military power, and the false narratives of nationalism and political ambition.

The United Kingdom of Truth and Reason: A Call to Universal Submission

The breakdown of the modern model of governance is not just a failure of political systems—it is a failure to recognize the fundamental order of reality. There is no lasting peace, no true prosperity, and no resolution to the world’s crises without a return to submission to the ultimate sovereign—Truth and Reason. The systems of the nation-state and the political power structures they create depend on the false assumption that power and human will can shape reality. But reality—truth—is the ultimate power, and it cannot be subjugated by human will.

In this moment of crisis, people must begin to identify themselves not by the false divisions of nation-states, ethnicities, or political ideologies, but as members of a United Kingdom of Truth and Reason. This is not an idealistic dream but a necessary shift: a recognition that all nations, families, and even individual lives are part of a greater whole, one that is subject to the supremacy of truth itself. This kingdom is not defined by political structures or military alliances, but by the alignment of all things with universal truth, reason, and the principles of justice.

Until nations, institutions, families, and individuals cast their crowns before this sovereign, they will remain trapped in cycles of deadly domination—locked in power struggles that only perpetuate destruction. The world has shown that peace cannot come from manipulating power and human agency; it can only come from aligning with reality. Every political leader—be it Trump, Zelensky, Netanyahu, Putin, or any other—must understand that no peace, no prosperity, no lasting security can be attained without submitting to the King of Kings. This submission is not an abdication of power, but a recognition that true power lies in aligning human actions with the eternal principles of truth and reason.

Leaders must declare their loyalty to the sovereign of truth—not in mere words, but through actions. This is the only path to peace, not just for individual nations, but for the world as a whole. Without submission to this sovereign, there will be no peace. There will be no prosperity. There will only be continued violence, manipulation, and exploitation, fueled by the false hope that power, control, and human will can overcome the fundamental truths of existence.

As the conversation between Vance, Zelensky, and Trump illustrates, the struggle for power is ultimately futile if it is not grounded in truth. This is the devastating lesson the world is facing. Without recognizing the supremacy of truth and submitting to the sovereignty of reason, nations and leaders will continue to flounder in the muck of their own contradictions, unable to resolve the crises they themselves have created. The ultimate choice is simple: humanity must either submit to the universal sovereign of truth or continue in futile domination, leading to its own destruction.

In the end, the true peace and prosperity of the world can only be realized through submission to the higher authority of Truth and Reason, the universal sovereign that transcends all earthly powers, human ambitions, and political systems. The Kingdom of Truth and Reason is waiting, but to enter, humanity must surrender its false crowns and recognize that reality alone holds the keys to peace, justice, and the future of the world.

The Larger Trend

In the wake of the failed peace negotiations between President Trump and President Zelensky, the predictions of an anagnorisis—a moment of sudden realization of a false belief—have come to fruition. As previously noted, both Republicans and Democrats have been operating under the illusion of unassailable authority, believing that their political victories and institutional control granted them unchecked power. The collapse of the peace talks serves as a stark reminder that such assumptions are unfounded. This failure underscores the necessity for all nations and leaders to recognize a higher, universal authority grounded in truth and reason, beyond the transient nature of political power. Until global leaders, including President Trump, acknowledge and submit to this sovereign, the cycle of conflict and power struggles will persist, preventing the attainment of lasting peace and prosperity.
