Application Prompt: The College of Cognitive Repair
The College of Cognitive Repair is not for everyone. It is not a place for those who wish to passively absorb information, nor for those who seek validation rather than truth. It is a place for those who see the collapse of reason in the world and in themselves and who refuse to surrender to it. It is a place for those who recognize that their own minds have been shaped by years of evasion, deception, and miseducation—and who wish to reverse that process, no matter how difficult or painful.
If you are interested in becoming a student at the College of Cognitive Repair, you must demonstrate more than intellectual curiosity. You must prove that you are willing to do the work of rebuilding your own mind—to restore your ability to think clearly, to remove the habits of evasion and contradiction, and to engage with reality as it is, not as you wish it to be.
Application Essay
Write an essay explaining why you wish to participate in the College of Cognitive Repair. Address the following questions, but do not limit yourself to them. Use this as an opportunity to tell your story, to articulate your deepest convictions, and to show why this matters to you personally.
- What is your current relationship with truth? Have you always pursued it, or have you struggled with evasion, contradiction, or deception?
- What moments in your life have revealed to you the importance of cognitive repair? Were there specific experiences that made you realize the failure of modern education, governance, or culture?
- In what ways do you believe your mind has been damaged by the systems of the world? How have institutions, media, or education shaped your thinking in ways you now wish to correct?
- What is your personal experience with cognitive dissonance? Have you encountered moments where reality shattered a false belief, forcing you to rethink everything?
- What do you hope to gain from this experience? Are you seeking clarity, mastery, the ability to build, or the ability to lead?
- What is your long-term vision for yourself and the world? If you succeed in repairing your cognition, what kind of life do you intend to build? What kind of society do you want to be part of creating?
Your essay should be deeply personal, honest, and reflective. Do not write what you think sounds impressive. Write what is true. There is no word limit, but your response should be as long as it needs to be to convey the full scope of your thoughts.

This is the first step in proving that you are serious about cognitive repair. If you cannot articulate your own thoughts on why this matters to you, then you are not yet ready. If you can, then you may be ready to begin the hardest and most rewarding journey of your life—the restoration of your own mind.
Publications - A collection of research and essays from the College, exploring the restoration of cognition, the defense of reason, and the application of truth in all areas of life.
