The New Declaration of Independence by the Freely Assembled People of the World

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all human beings are created equal, endowed by their Nature and Nature’s God as free and independent beings with inherent and unalienable rights, among which are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. To secure these rights, governments are established by the consent of the governed, deriving their authority solely from this consent. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right and duty of the people to alter or abolish it, instituting new governance based on principles and structures that best ensure their Safety, Liberty, and Happiness.

Prudence dictates that governments long established should not be changed for trivial or transient causes. However, when a sustained pattern of abuses and usurpations, aimed at reducing humanity under absolute despotism, emerges, it becomes not only the right but the obligation of the people to reject such government and establish new safeguards for their future security. The history of modern governance reveals a relentless sequence of transgressions and betrayals, necessitating this New Declaration.

The governments of the world, particularly those dominated by entrenched elites and unchecked financial systems, have inflicted upon humanity an intolerable burden of corruption, exploitation, and oppression. To present this case, we submit the following grievances:

1. Violation of Property and Independence: They impose unjust taxes, seize property without due process, and enact tariffs and regulations that rob individuals of their rightful independence.
2. Presumption of Guilt: They create laws and systems that treat citizens as guilty until proven innocent, eroding the foundation of justice.
3. Inequality Before the Law: They have taught and acted as though all men are not created equal, establishing a class of citizens such as judges, lawyers, policy officers, elected officials, and members of the military who are presumed to be above the law and beyond its reach.
4. License for Harm and Permission for Right: They have made laws that give license for causing harm while teaching the people they can only do what is right by permission.
5. Militarization and Aggression: They maintain standing armies in times of peace, using force to intimidate and oppress. They fund and perpetuate genocides, foreign aggressions, and unjust wars, contrary to the will and welfare of the people.
6. Economic Manipulation and Currency Debasement: Through economic manipulation and the debasement of the currency, they have forced men and women into economic servitude while calling it liberation.
7. Usury and Exploitation: They promote the practice of usury, exploiting individuals and nations through debt. By abandoning the sanctity of contracts and confiscating gold in 1933, and defaulting on currency promises in 1971, they have undermined trust and financial stability.
8. Suppression of Justice: They have corrupted the judiciary, making it subservient to political and financial powers, thereby denying fair and impartial justice.
9. Obstruction of Free Speech: They manipulate and control media, censor dissent, and unconstitutionally restrict avenues of free expression.
10. Institutional Corruption: They allow corporate lobbying to distort governance, prioritizing profits over the welfare of the people.
11. Erosion of Civil Liberties: They conduct unwarranted searches and seizures, violating the personal privacy and dignity of citizens.
12. Rogue Surveillance and Covert Operations: They deploy intelligence agencies, such as the CIA and NSA, to spy on citizens without cause, engage in covert actions against domestic and foreign targets, and undermine the trust of the people through secrecy and subterfuge.
13. Militarization and Brutality of Police: They have militarized law enforcement and enabled brutality, disproportionately targeting people of color and marginalized communities, undermining justice and human dignity.
14. Irrational Defense of Borders: They irrationally defend borders, turning the world into a series of prison states instead of lands of individual property and liberty.
15. Historic Atrocities: They perpetrated crimes such as the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, demonstrating a willingness to inflict mass destruction and suffering on civilians.
16. State-Sanctioned Tragedies: They have engaged in violent actions against their own people, as exemplified by the tragedies at Waco, Ruby Ridge, and Bundy Ranch, undermining the right to dissent and self-defense.
17. Social Decay and Despair: Their failures and corruption have led to widespread crises, including the opioid epidemic, gun violence, mass abortions, school shootings, societal obesity, moral confusion, and the collapse of logical and moral education among the population.
18. Environmental Destruction: They permit the plundering of natural resources, prioritizing short-term gains over the long-term survival of humanity and the planet.
19. Failure to Address Grievances: Repeated petitions for redress of these grievances have been met with indifference or hostility, proving the illegitimacy of these systems.

In every stage of these oppressions, we have sought redress through peaceful and lawful means. Our appeals have been ignored, dismissed, or answered with further injury. A system so marked by tyranny is unfit to govern a free people.

We, therefore, as the freely assembled people of the world, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the Universe for the justice of our intentions, solemnly declare:

That all people are, and of right ought to be, free and independent individuals, absolved from allegiance to corrupt systems of governance. All political and economic ties that perpetuate these oppressions are, and ought to be, completely dissolved. As free and independent beings, we reclaim the power to create just systems of cooperation, mutual respect, and harmony.

We pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor, determined to establish a new world where liberty, justice, and dignity prevail.
