Request for Proof of Contract #3: Moore v Alliant Credit Union with Company Response (8/27/2024)
YOUR COMPLAINT
I have received a letter from Alliant Credit Union claiming they have a contract with my for a property located at 371 Buckskin Court, Parker Colorado 80138. I have lived here since December 2021 but I believe Alliant is mistaken about any claims they have regarding a contract. They are even going so far as to file motions against me in a court of law claiming their right to foreclose and sell this property without my consent. I am seeking proof of this contract so that I might respond appropriately. Answering these 9 questions should be sufficient to helping me determine if an enforceable contract, that is a contract that documents exchange between two parties, was executed between myself and Alliant Credit Union. 1. Alliant Credit Union alleges that they provided me with a certain amount of bank credit as the consideration they provided to secure the contract. I require a full description of this bank credit. 2. Where did these credits come from? Provide evidence. 3. What in reality do these credits represent? credits of what? A measurement of gold? An amount of silver? Provide evidence. 4. Did the Alliant possess the assets represented by these credits prior to the alleged exchange? Provide evidence. 5. Were the assets represented by these credits acquired by lawful means? Provide evidence. 6. If Alliant cannot provide sufficient lawful answers to these questions pertaining to these bank credits, how is there any proof of consideration made by the plaintiff? Provide reasoning that is faithful to all men’s rights of equal protection under the law without any special privileges. 7. If there is no proof of consideration, how is there any proof of an exchange between myself and Alliant Credit Union? 8. If there is no proof of exchange, how is there a contract between myself and the plaintiff? 9. If there is no proof of a contract, doesn’t it follow that any claims or entitlements granted by this non-existent and illegitimate contract should be dismissed by law? In order for a contract to be valid, there has to be proof that something real was exchanged between two parties. Please provide evidence that demonstrates the nature of bank credit and that this asset existed prior to the contract being signed. Provide evidence that bank credit is not more than fabricated journal entries and represents real assets that can be used as consideration in a contract. If such evidence cannot be provided, by law, I request that Alliant Credit Union drop all claims of breach of contract against me or prepare to face either the full penalty of the law or the consequences of violating an individuals right to property (ie his unquestionable right to self-defense)
