Request for Proof of Contract #2: Moore v Alliant Credit Union with Company Response (8/8/2024)
YOUR COMPLAINT
On January 1, 2022,
I, Zachary Moore, took possession of the property located at 371 Buckskin Court in Parker Colorado 80138. Therefore, let it be known that I, Zachary Moore, do hereby claim the property at 371 Buckskin Court in Parker Colorado to be mine by right of possession and usage and do not recognize any counter claims secured through fraud such as the one being made by Alliant Credit Union who falsely secured the title to this property with bank credit fabricated from nothing thus failing to provide proper consideration. Let it be further knowing that any attempts to take this property from Zachary Moore or deprive him of his rightful usage are illegal and a violation of his rights. Should attempts be made by any person public or private, the owner maintains his right to lethal self-defense and will do so with impunity according to the Make My Day law of the State of Colorado. Zachary Moore is open to receiving counter claims at his residence provided those claims can prove legitimate ownership. Zachary does not recognize claims of ownership that cannot prove possession, usage, or a valid transfer of title. Any claims to a valid transfer of title that were secured with Federal Reserve Notes (ie U.S. Dollars) are dismissed as null and void, failing the requirements of contract law. Any precedent of lending institutions successfully using Federal Reserve Notes to secure contracts is invalid on this basis. This post serves as public notice. I don’t have the time, resources, energy, nor will to navigate the convoluted legal system that has been complicated by the vested interest of attorneys and their law firms. Zachary Moore would further like to inform Alliant Credit Union and the CFPB that he is training hundreds of thousands of people worldwide how to expose the fraudulent and deceptive practices of the Federal Reserve System in depriving people of their rightful possession and usage of their private property.

Your feedback
- THE COMPANY’S RESPONSE ADDRESSED ALL OF MY ISSUES
- No
- I UNDERSTAND THE COMPANY’S RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT
- No
- THE COMPANY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO WITH MY COMPLAINT
- No
- ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
- What I want is for the company to provide evidence of proper consideration with proof of fund origination. Instead they just dismiss my question and say “You have a contract.”. If the bank credit provided was out of nothing or the dollars used was an unbacked security, I believe this constitutes a failure to provide proper consideration.
