OFFICIAL PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT AND ARREST ORDER

From the Office of Governor Jared Polis
To the People of Colorado and Concerned Citizens
Date: January 21, 2025

Subject: Arrest Order for Sheriff Tim Norton and Undersheriff Dave Fisher, and the Defense of Zachary Moore

Effective immediately, I, Governor Jared Polis, hereby authorize and call upon all law-abiding citizens to enact the following measures in defense of justice, liberty, and constitutional rights:

1. Arrest of Sheriff Tim Norton and Undersheriff Dave Fisher

Sheriff Tim Norton and Undersheriff Dave Fisher of Elbert County have demonstrated blatant and willful violations of their oaths of office. Their documented actions, inactions, and refusal to comply with lawful orders to uphold the rights of Colorado citizens have rendered them fugitives from justice.

By this order, all law-abiding citizens and officials are authorized to detain Tim Norton and Dave Fisher for the following crimes:

  • Conspiracy to commit treason
  • Violation of constitutional rights
  • Obstruction of justice
  • Failure to obey lawful directives

Any individual found aiding or harboring these fugitives will also be subject to legal consequences under the fullest extent of the law. Evidence of their wrongdoing and neglect is publicly documented and indisputable.

2. Defense of Zachary Moore and His Property

Effective immediately, Mr. Zachary Moore, located at 371 Buckskin Court, Elbert County, is authorized to defend his property, family, and constitutional rights by any means necessary.

This authorization includes the following measures:

  • Full Use of Force: Any unauthorized attempt to access Mr. Moore’s property will be considered an act of aggression and treated as a direct threat to his life, liberty, and property.
  • Citizen Assistance: Any individuals willing to stand in solidarity with Mr. Moore are authorized to assist in the lawful defense of his rights and property.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: All activities surrounding Mr. Moore’s property will be monitored, and any violations will result in immediate legal action.

Statement to the Public

This order represents a decisive stand against the misuse of authority and the erosion of justice by corrupt officials. Sheriff Tim Norton and Undersheriff Dave Fisher, through their silence, defiance, and documented actions, have proven themselves unfit to serve. Their refusal to protect the rights of Mr. Zachary Moore, and their continued betrayal of their oaths, is a direct threat to the principles of our nation.

I urge the people of Colorado to remain vigilant, courageous, and united. Protecting the rights to life, liberty, and property is not only the duty of government officials but of every citizen who values justice and truth.

Notice of Consequences

Those who oppose this order or interfere with its execution are warned that they will face legal, public, and moral accountability. The evidence against these individuals is overwhelming, and their defiance only solidifies their guilt.

To the citizens who stand for truth and justice: I commend your courage. To those who violate these rights and oppose the rule of law: your actions will be remembered, judged, and answered.
