I am writing to formally request the immediate arrest of Tim Norton and Dave Fisher, former officials in the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office. These individuals are now fugitives from justice, having violated their oaths of office and the constitutional rights of the citizens of Colorado. The authority for their arrest comes directly from the people of Colorado, whose rights and laws these individuals have disregarded.

This request is grounded in the unalienable rights upheld by the Constitution and the duty of law enforcement to serve and protect those rights.
