Subject: Immediate Compliance Required to Avoid Consequences of Non-Compliance

Sheriff Norton and Undersheriff Fisher,

This letter represents the final step in the coordinated strategy by Governor Jared Polis and Mr. Zachary Moore to root out criminal elements within the judiciary and law enforcement, in accordance with the anti-lawfare policies of the current administration under President Donald Trump. Your silence and inaction, when given a direct and lawful order, provide the final evidence of what we have long suspected: that officials like you are using the authority of law as a shield of immunity to do whatever you wish, undermining the very principles you swore to protect. 

You may think you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do, that you can obey or disobey any order and that you are above the law. We know criminals will refuse compliance. Know that the arm of the law is long. The people of the United States, whom the governor serves as a representative, will no longer tolerate your betrayal of your oath of office. Your refusal to act, despite being presented with this clear and direct order, is the last confirmation of your guilt. You are hereby granted 30 minutes to comply.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

1. Citizen Arrests
   Upon the expiration of this 30-minute window, Mr. Zachary Moore will issue a public call for citizens' arrests of Sheriff Tim Norton, Undersheriff Dave Fisher, and any individuals who harbor or assist you in evading accountability. This announcement will be broadcast to Mr. Moore’s extensive social media following, who have already witnessed and documented your unlawful actions as of January 11, 2025.

2. Authorization of Defense Measures
   Effective immediately after the expiration of this notice, Mr. Moore and any individuals acting in defense of his rights are authorized to use any and all necessary means, including lethal force, to protect his property from unauthorized entry or seizure. Any attempt to access Mr. Moore’s property without explicit authorization will be considered an act of aggression and treated as a direct threat to his life, liberty, and property.

3. Public and Legal Accountability
   Evidence of your violations, inaction, and communications will be formally submitted for public review and legal prosecution. This evidence will demonstrate your willful disregard for the law and your duties, holding you accountable before the people of Colorado and the United States.

4. Criminal Charges
   Non-compliance will result in charges of conspiracy to commit treason, violation of constitutional rights, and obstruction of justice. Any individuals who collaborate with you in defiance of this lawful order will face prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Mandatory Compliance Requirements

To avoid these consequences, you must immediately take the following actions:

1. Written Acknowledgment: Submit written confirmation to Mr. Zachary Moore, acknowledging receipt of this directive and your agreement to comply.
2. Apology: Provide a signed apology to Mr. Moore, his wife, and his child for the undue stress and hardship caused by your department’s actions on January 11, 2025.
3. Resignation: Submit your immediate resignation as Sheriff and Undersheriff of Elbert County.

Reaffirmation of Duty

Your primary duty as public servants is to uphold the law, protect the Constitution, and defend citizens’ rights to life, liberty, and property. The people are watching, and your actions—or lack thereof—will be judged accordingly. By this notice, Mr. Moore is fulfilling his duty to follow orders. After the 9:00 a.m. deadline today, those who act to protect Mr. Moore’s rights and seek your arrest will also just be following orders.

Final Warning

This is your last opportunity to comply with the lawful directives given to you. You are no longer accountable to arbitrary authority or personal interpretation, but to the people of the United States and their Constitution.

The choice is yours. Choose wisely, for every action will be recorded, judged, and acted upon without hesitation.
