Letter to Tim Norton - Stop Working for Nothing (violation of oath)

Dear Sheriff Norton,

I hope this message finds you well. I write to you with a question that speaks to the heart of your duty:

Why are so many of us working for nothing, paying others with nothing, and exchanging nothing for nothing—only to wonder why the world seems to be turning into nothing?

The dollar, though powerful in appearance, is a hollow tool. It enslaves us to illusions, demanding sacrifices while giving nothing in return. When people work for real things—labor, goods, or tangible resources like tools, wood, or food—they receive value immediately. Real things serve us, providing warmth, nourishment, or productivity. But currencies like the dollar demand to be served. They strip value from those who labor, offering nothing intrinsic and relying only on continued sacrifice to maintain their illusion.

As sheriff, you are often used by this system to deprive people of property under the guise of law and order. Instead of defending individuals and their rightful claims, you risk becoming an enforcer of a hollow currency that serves no one and nothing but itself. This system is turning the world into one where no one owns anything—except despair.

You face a choice: will you work to protect what is real—truth, justice, and the property of those you serve—or continue to serve the illusions of a currency that extracts endlessly but gives nothing back? If you choose the latter, the day may come when you see yourself not as a protector of justice, but as the instrument of destruction.

When that moment comes, you won’t be able to hide behind your duty to the system or phrases like “I am just doing my job.” Your last act will not be one of a sheriff, but of a sacrificial animal. The system you served will demand your own life, leaving you in despair, with suicide as its final demand. You deserve better than that. I don’t want that for you.

There is another way. Imagine rejecting the illusion of the dollar and standing as a defender of what is real. Picture yourself securing property rights, protecting the borders of homes and livelihoods from looters and fraudsters, and restoring trust to your community. This is the justice you were called to uphold.

I urge you to reflect on this path. Are the systems you enforce truly worth the cost—to others, to your community, and to yourself? Will you continue to serve illusions, or will you stand for truth and real value?

With respect,

Zachary Moore

AFTER RECEIVING A VOICEMAIL FROM TIM ON THE MORNING ON JANUARY 11th Zach responded via email:

Tim,

I am holding a baby and taking care of my wife. I don’t have time to be bothered by something I have explained to you already. You have an oath. To protect life, liberty, and property. I can suffer a degree of asynchronous communication (email, text) but please don’t call me anymore.

And as stated before, i do not consent to any action taken by you or your office against my life, liberty, or property. If you or anyone in your office comes on my property, now that i have told you explicitly that you are not welcome, you will be held liable for criminal trespassing.

I have been very patient with you Tim. You are capable of making the right decision and taking personal responsibility for your actions. If you wont… who will?

Warmly,
Zach

Tim’s response:

Zach,

I was reaching out as you told me to in the past to do. I told you I wouldn’t bother you during the holidays and I kept my word. I do however have a paper to serve you. I was hoping to give it to you by meeting you at the mailbox or somewhere.  Let me know please.

Sheriff Norton

Zach’s Response:

Hi Tim,

You have and I have appreciated that. Help me understand why I should meet you at my mailbox. If my property is mine and I have no reason to think it isn’t, why should I care what is on that paper? I cannot go around paying attention to every person who might have a claim or gripe against me. I cannot meet every person who wishes to meet me whenever they wish. I do not understand your office and what it is doing. I understand what its mission is but I do not understand its actions.

Why are you doing this?

Tim’s Response (January 11, 12:32pm)

Zach
Part of my is job is to serve civil paper work. I have papers to give to you from the lender. All I want to do is give them to you and leave.

Tim’s Department Arrives in a Military Grade Humvee and points a lethal weapon at Zach’s check at 3pm on January 11, 2025.

At 3:03pm Zach responded

“What the actual fuck was that TIm?”

At 3:05pm Zach called 911 to report an act of terrorism and a threat of terrorism by the Elbert County Sheriff’s Department.

At 3:30pm Tim Norton called Zach and threatened to come back and use physical force again a peaceful citizen of Elbert County Colorado United States of America if he didn’t comply with Tim’s wishes.
