This letter serves as formal notice regarding your involvement in the eviction notice issued for the property located at (redacted), and the events that transpired on January 11, 2025, at 3:00 PM. As you are likely aware, this eviction notice was executed by the Elbert County Sheriff’s Department using military-grade equipment, including an armored Humvee, and involved armed intimidation tactics.

These actions constitute not only an excessive and unlawful use of force but are also part of a larger pattern of harassment and intimidation against the property owner, Zachary Moore. There are credible allegations linking these events to a broader coordinated plot involving the Elbert County Sheriff’s Department, which has been characterized as domestic terrorism. By drafting and facilitating this eviction notice, your office and your client are complicit in aiding and abetting these unlawful actions.

Your Immediate Obligations

To avoid further legal and reputational consequences, your office must take the following actions immediately:

  1. Issue a Cease and Desist Letter:
    Notify your client that they are to halt any further actions related to this eviction, including coordination with the Elbert County Sheriff’s Department.

  2. Withdraw Legal Support for Harassment:
    Publicly withdraw your involvement in this case and cease providing legal assistance that perpetuates intimidation or terroristic behavior.

Failure to comply with these demands will result in the following:

  • Formal charges of aiding and abetting an act of terrorism being pursued against your office and your client.
  • Reporting your involvement to the Colorado Attorney General, FBI, and appropriate state and federal authorities.
  • A coordinated effort to alert media outlets and the public of your firm’s participation in these unlawful activities.
