Call for Citizens Arrest with Bounty

OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION TO ALL LAW-ABIDING, LAW-AFFIRMING CITIZENS

From: Zachary Moore
Date: January 21, 2025

Subject: Call for Citizens' Arrest of Tim Norton, Dave Fisher, and Associates Violating Inalienable Rights

To All Law-Affirming Citizens,

I am writing to inform you of a grave injustice that has occurred and continues to threaten the constitutional and inalienable rights of the citizens of Elbert County and the State of Colorado. On January 11, 2025, the fundamental rights to life, liberty, and property—rights protected under the highest principles of the Constitution—were flagrantly violated. These violations, compounded by an unlawful eviction order, were not just an assault on me and my family but an assault on the principles that govern all free people.

Sheriff Tim Norton and Undersheriff Dave Fisher, former officials in the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office, have willfully abandoned their oaths of office and have failed to comply with lawful directives to uphold and protect these rights. Their actions, combined with their inaction in the face of clear constitutional violations, now render them fugitives from justice.

This is a call to all law-abiding, law-affirming citizens to take lawful and decisive action by carrying out the citizens’ arrests of these individuals and any associates complicit in their violations.

The Inalienable Rights Violated

  1. The Right to Life

    • The eviction order issued against me and my family is an attack on the very right to life, as it threatens to strip us of the shelter and security necessary for survival. Such orders, when based on fraudulent premises or the abuse of power, are a direct affront to the sanctity of life itself.
  2. The Right to Liberty

    • The actions and decisions of Tim Norton and Dave Fisher on January 11 unlawfully restricted and violated the freedoms guaranteed to every citizen. Their abuse of authority and refusal to act in defense of constitutional liberties demonstrate their contempt for the principles of justice.
  3. The Right to Property

    • The protection of property is a cornerstone of a free society. The fraudulent financial mechanisms and enforcement practices that underpin the eviction order represent an egregious attempt to deprive a citizen of their lawful property—property earned, stewarded, and defended against unwarranted seizure.

These rights are not privileges granted by the government—they are inherent and inalienable, endowed by our Creator and affirmed by the Constitution. Any violation of these rights is a violation of the highest law of the land.

Call to Action: Citizens’ Arrests with Bounty Reward

The failure of Tim Norton and Dave Fisher to comply with lawful directives, combined with their active participation in violating constitutional rights, now requires immediate action from the citizens of Colorado. Law-abiding citizens are hereby authorized and called upon to detain Tim Norton, Dave Fisher, and any associates complicit in these violations. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals enforcing unlawful eviction orders or perpetuating the fraudulent mechanisms that threaten life, liberty, and property.

To encourage lawful and decisive action, I am offering a bounty of 30 ounces of pure silver coin to any citizen or group who successfully carries out the lawful detention and arrest of these individuals.

Steps for Lawful Arrests

  1. Detain Tim Norton and Dave Fisher

    • These individuals are to be arrested and detained for their crimes, including conspiracy to violate constitutional rights, obstruction of justice, and dereliction of duty.
  2. Monitor and Report Complicit Individuals

    • Any persons aiding or abetting these individuals in their unlawful actions should also be detained and held accountable for their complicity.
  3. Defend Against Unlawful Actions

    • Protect property, life, and liberty against any further unlawful attempts to enforce unconstitutional actions, particularly at 371 Buckskin Court, Elbert County, Colorado, where my family and I are standing firm in defense of our rights.

Substance Behind This Call

The principle underlying this call for action is simple: no law is valid if it contradicts the inalienable rights of the people. Any system—whether monetary, judicial, or governmental—that undermines these rights is fraudulent and void of legitimacy. While I cannot cite specific case law here, the facts are self-evident: an order or action that defies the principles of truth, liberty, and justice is no law at all.

The refusal of public servants like Tim Norton and Dave Fisher to uphold their oaths and protect the people is not just a betrayal of their office but a betrayal of the people themselves. Their silence and inaction in the face of clear orders to do what is right only confirm their complicity in the violations.

Closing Statement

This is not a call for chaos—it is a call for the restoration of order through the rule of law and the defense of constitutional rights. As citizens, it is your duty to act when those entrusted with authority fail to uphold the principles they swore to protect. To those who act in defense of these rights, know that you are on the side of justice and truth.

To those who continue to violate these rights, including Tim Norton and Dave Fisher, know that the people of Colorado will not stand idly by. The time for action is now.

30 ounces of pure silver coin per lawful arrest will be rewarded.

Sincerely,
Zachary Moore
