Subject: Notice of Criminal Conduct Related to Property at (Redacted(

Dear Ms. Kylov,

I am writing to address your assertion that Elite Home Partners has acquired ownership of my property at 371 Buckskin Court through a purported auction. This assertion stems from an illegal and fraudulent transaction facilitated by Alliant Credit Union, which unlawfully sold something it did not have the legal right to sell.

To be clear, Alliant Credit Union has repeatedly refused to provide proof of consideration—a fundamental requirement to validate any contractual agreement—despite legal obligations to do so. The court system, complicit in its failure to demand such proof, has enabled a gross miscarriage of justice. This forms the basis for ongoing racketeering investigations with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Office of the Public Trustee.

While you and Elite Home Partners may be ill-informed participants in this matter, consider this letter your formal notice. You are now fully aware that the property at (Redacted) remains under my lawful ownership and that any actions taken to claim, occupy, or interfere with this property constitute criminal acts.

As a rational man, I am persuaded only by evidence and reason—not by illogical claims to authority or the decisions of external parties acting without merit. Given the clear absence of valid consideration or a legitimate contract, I have no obligation, nor intention, to entertain any claims to the contrary.

Therefore, I demand the following:

  1. Cease and desist immediately from asserting ownership or acting in any capacity related to the property at Redacted).
  2. Acknowledge in writing that you will withdraw all claims and attempts to interfere with my property.
  3. Refrain from any further actions that would place you or your organization in violation of the law.

Let it be known that any individual or organization—including but not limited to Elite Home Partners and the Elbert County Sheriff—who acts against my property at (Redacted) will be engaging in a criminal act and will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. This includes civil and criminal actions for trespass, unlawful conversion, racketeering, and other violations.

I strongly recommend you seek legal counsel to understand the ramifications of continued involvement in this matter. Should you possess evidence that disproves the facts presented here, you are welcome to provide it. In the absence of such evidence, any further claims will only strengthen the legal case against all involved parties.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
Zachary Moore
