This letter was addressed to Tim Norton, the acting sheriff of Elbert County, Colorado, and written by Ginger Alyce Sweeney of Norwood, New York, on December 26, 2024. To Zach’s knowledge, this is the first letter written on his behalf since starting his campaign. Zach initially appealed to his audience on December 2, 2024, through a series of TikTok videos and a journal entry, where he explained how usury violates the non-aggression principle, causing harm to debtors and qualifying as criminal activity punishable either by law or through self-defense.

Hello Sheriff Norton,
I am writing to you today, the day after Christmas, to ask you:
What defines an Honorable Man?
History tells us an honorable man takes it upon himself to make injustices known, puts himself in danger in order to do the right thing, and does not waver in self-benefit, but holds steadfast to the truth. He is a hero for those who are weak, and he uses his power to benefit those who are suffering or are injured.
Sheriff Norton, I believe you to be an honorable man. I believe your actions these past few years have proved that you have the knowledge and heart to make the right decisions when people's lives depend on you.
Today I am writing to ask you to serve truth and justice by protecting Zachary Moore, his Constitutional rights and his property at any cost. Mr. Moore, like you, is an honorable man who discovered, and works hard to expose, fraudulent economic practices that affect men and women every day of our lives. He has been "exploring legal actions to address what [he sees] as systemic fraud in banking practices," and has put his principles and ideals above comfort and complacency. Mr. Moore has a wealth of original written and visual educational material to help expose the corruption of our global economy. He is gifted at explaining the economic usury - the unsustainable slavery system in which each man and woman has been shackled - our whole lives. You and I might not spend our time learning about how this system was created and how pervasive the fraud is, but Mr. Moore is well-studied, has the ability to teach others, and has the amazing courage to put his ideals into practice. You can read his research, thoughts and the actions that he has taken in his blog at https://thinkingwithzach.blogspot.com/. Zachary Moore is a hero, as he is placing every aspect of his life in the hands of truth, honesty, and what is right.
Today I am writing to ask that you stand on the side of justice. I am writing to ask you to stand with a man who is challenging these banks and corporations with the Lawful and Legal Rights he has as a consumer. Every man and woman has a right to question these contracts and to receive clear, transparent responses.
I am writing to ask that you work to enforce justice by refusing to do the "dirty work" for these banks and corporations, who willfully misrepresent how their system of usury works. These banks make money out of nothing at all - they do not actually exchange anything of value with us, as consumers. Instead, they use our signatures and our social security numbers and trick us into thinking that they give anything of value to us at all. We as men and women have the rights as Consumers and as Americans to challenge the validity of these contracts and to refuse to honor them when we find that they were created under false pretense. We also have Law Enforcement, which exists for our protection and benefit. The man or woman who challenges "the system" in any practical way needs all the help s/he can get. Sheriff Norton, are you familiar with the Biblical story of David and Golliath? Do you know who was in the right? Might does not mean right, and although this system is pervasive, we are all learning about the hidden schemes of these bankers and corporations and we need each other, working together, to rid our society of these bad actors. Honorable men work together, taking risks, to strengthen our communities, our society, and our world as a whole.
Today I am writing to ask that you work with Zachary Moore in the pursuit of truth and freedom, protecting his rights (and ours) at all cost. I have great faith in God that all things shall work together for our Good, and I have faith that you, Sheriff Norton, will be there with us on the right side of history, forever remembered as an honorable man.
Thank you for your time and your attention to this matter,
Ginger Alyce Sweeney
