Follow-up email to Sheriff Norton (Power of Belief)
Dear Sheriff Norton,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you as someone who deeply respects the responsibility you carry and the difficult position you are in. I understand that you are tasked with executing the orders of the court, and I do not wish to diminish the weight of that responsibility. However, I am reaching out to you not as someone challenging your authority, but as someone who believes that you, as a person of integrity and conscience, are capable of making the right choice in this situation.
First and foremost, I want you to know that I care about you as a human being, and I have a profound respect for the work you do. I am aware of the many pressures and challenges that come with your position, and I imagine it is not easy to reconcile the duties of your job with your own sense of right and wrong. I trust that, like me, you have a heart that desires justice, fairness, and to do what is right.
I am also writing to you because I believe, with all my heart, that you have the power to act from a place of truth and integrity. We are both individuals in this world, navigating a system that, I believe, is deeply flawed and often unjust. The orders you have been given regarding the repossession of my vehicle and the foreclosure on my home are not just a reflection of legal processes—they are a reflection of a broken system that perpetuates harm, often without regard for the humanity of those involved.
I am not asking you to ignore your duty, but I am asking you to look beyond the surface of what is happening here and see the deeper truth: that this legal system, in its current form, is unjust. The underlying financial mechanisms—built on usury, interest, and fiat money—are inherently fraudulent, and the contracts that are supposed to bind us are tainted by this fraud. These actions are not merely legal procedures; they are part of a larger web of harm that extends far beyond any single case or decision.
Sheriff, I know that you are capable of acting from a place of moral clarity. I believe that your heart—your inherent goodness—is strong enough to choose to act in a way that aligns with justice, not simply with the letter of the law. This is why I am reaching out to you. I believe that, as a person of conscience, you can recognize the harm in carrying out these actions and choose, instead, to protect me from further suffering. You have the power to decide whether or not to contribute to this cycle of injustice, and I trust in your ability to choose differently.
I understand that you may feel bound by the system, but I urge you to remember that your personal integrity and your capacity to act rightly are more powerful than any order or legal command. You are not just a servant of the law; you are a servant of what is just and true. I believe you have the strength to stand firm in what you know is right, regardless of the pressure to conform to the status quo.
Please consider this letter not as a challenge to your authority, but as an invitation to join me in doing what is truly right. I believe that you are whole, capable, and deeply wise. I trust that you can make a decision based on the highest ideals of justice, compassion, and integrity, and that you can find a way to protect me from the unjust actions currently being taken against me.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I am confident that you have the power to make the right choice, and I sincerely hope that you will.
With deep respect and care,
Zach Moore
