Letter to lawyer representing bank in foreclosure lawsuit
Dana,
I’m writing to you regarding the lawsuit you are representing against me. Let’s cut to the chase: this case is built on a foundation of absurdity and fraud that cannot be sustained.
First, all contracts require consideration to be valid. Yet your claims rest on false promises and worthless securities. You know as well as I do that the U.S. dollar is a mere illusion—backed by nothing of substance.
Second, your client’s own standards render their claims meaningless. If a promissory note without backing is worthless, how can you expect to enforce a contract that lacks real value? You are attempting to extract payment for something that does not exist, and in doing so, you are complicit in a grand deception. The entire banking system is systematically designed to create fabricated obligations of performance that can never be performed in order to steal wealth from people and populations. Once this gets out, and believe me, it’s getting out, bankers, and the lawyers who covered them in the name of “it was my job”, will hang for this.
Should this farce continue, I will not hesitate to expose this as a criminal conspiracy. Make no mistake: As someone who loves the gift of life, the law, and my children, and as someone who takes full responsibility for the outcome of my life, I will fight against this theft and downright attempted murder of civilization not just legally, but with a resolve that invokes a reckoning far beyond the courtroom—an eternal judgment for those who sin against both God and nature.
I urge you to reconsider your position. This lawsuit is not just misguided; it is a path toward your own condemnation. Dismiss this case and choose the right side of history.
Sincerely,
Zach Moore
I will not be attending this court hearing. It is smooth sailing for your judgment, which will be used as evidence against you. I urge you to wake up and drop it now.
Below is an image of the law firm. I will be posting the names of the lawyers and judges and people from Aliant Credit Union involved if they do not repent.
