Letter to the fourth arm of the state, members of the media

This is a long shot but I’m wondering if you might have interest in this thing I am doing to expose fraud in the global financial system.

I am risking my own life, property, and reputation to expose a major case of fraud. Here is my basic argument:

Before 1971, the dollar was theoretically a dollar **of gold**. If you had $35, you had one ounce of gold. Since August 15, 1971 when Richard Nixon officially suspended the convertibility of the dollar into gold, the US dollar has been officially a dollar **of nothing**. $35 is no longer $35 of gold. It is $35 of nothing.

According to basic morality against theft and contract law, contractual obligations cannot be secured or enforced in exchange for nothing. This is called the requirement of consideration. Without consideration, a transfer of assets is a donation, if done voluntarily or theft, if done by force, and fraud, if done by deceit. Therefore contractual obligations cannot be secured or enforced with dollars of nothing without violating the law (ie committing theft or committing fraud).

Therefore, I am deliberately defaulting on debt to prove this case but it seems most everyone is corrupted by the illusion of wealth and power that comes from this fake currency. I am worried that the judicial system will just try to sweep this under the rug and be used as an instrument of legalized plunder against me. This is where the fourth arm of the state, the media, comes in to hold it accountable.

Would you be opposed to considering this as a story worth telling?

My first hearing in Elbert County Colorado is in 3 days (8:30 am on 9/13).

Warmly,

Zach
