My Declaration of Independence

 Dear Congressman Rod Bockenfeld,

Given the continuous and egregious abuses of the United States and Colorado governments, including taxes, deficits spending, the authorization of the Patriot Act and FISA act, and the ongoing funding of foreign wars, i hereby abolish both governments by invoking this right from our mutual Declaration of Independence.

“Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of [Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness], it is the Right of the People to… abolish it”

- Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776

I hereby take back my god given right to self defense, self determination, and self government and no longer recognize the authority or will of the United States or Colorado state government to provide these to me or my neighbors.

I am happy to write to you about the specific abuses, including the betrayal of the government in 1913 passing the Federal Reserve Act and presuming the ungodly right to tax, extort, and harass innocent and peaceful people while enslaving the entire world to a fraudulent monetary cabal. If you’d like me to detail and explain these crimes against humanity, I will.

In the meantime, let it be known that this is enough. I am eternal, divine, and made in the image of God. I am worthy of respect and deference. I am capable of governing myself, protecting myself, supporting myself, and organizing my community without the interference of the spirit of tyranny my forefathers fought expelling from this land.

This is not a request or a petition. This is merely a declaration of my personal sovereignty. This is a notice. Whether you join me in my declaration or fight me with the tools of death, thereby undermining the validity of the government, I care not.

With firm reliance on the power of Love which raised Christ from the grave, proving Christ’s kingship over all kings, rulers, presidents, legislatures, and judges, I pledge my allegiance to Him alone.

Warmly,

Zach Moore
