Moore v Alliant Credit Union 2024

Plaintiff, Zach Moore, is challenging the defendants Alliant Credit Union of bank fraud and counterfeiting in regards to a mortgage contract entered into December 10, 2021 for the property {redacted}.

Plaintiffs opening statement reads as follows:

“ I am challenging the validity of a mortgage contract on the basis, that no real property or considerations was provided by alliance credit union. While funds were provided, they were counterfeit, since the funds did not exist on the bank, balance sheets prior to the bank credit being created. I know this because this is the publicly stated practice of all banks operating within the federal reserve banking system. Therefore, Alliant credit union is guilty of bank, fraud, counterfeiting, and unjust enrichment, and on the basis, I see to nullify the contract and seek damages.”
