ACL Surgery Update: Day 1

 ACL reconstruction surgery went great. No complications. Great nap. Manageable pain. Now onto the ~~~NINE MONTHS~~~ of post opp recovery! See ya in June! Thanks everyone for the well wishes!


My Affirmations for Post-opp Surgery:

- I am happy to be alive
- I am grateful for all my experiences
- I am worth taking care of
- I posses the will, vision, and resources that translates to the healthy body that I want
- I am able to stay committed to an appropriate and healthy recovery plan
- I am able to learn and grow stronger from any situation, interaction, and trial

Grateful for the gifts in my life that make it possible and enjoyable today like my surgical team, Rachel, everyone who sent me an inspiring notes today, modern medicine, pain medication, and the gorgeous 60 degree sunny Colorado weather.

Grateful for the trials and sufferings that refine me like this necessary pain and immobility and this upcoming season that will require patience and resilience.

  Re: Loan Number XXXX To whom it may concern, My name is Zachary Moore, owner of the property at [address redacted]. I received a letter in the mail from Alliant Credit Union dated December 15, 2023 citing information regarding a mortgage contract between myself and Alliant. I am challenging the validity of this contract.  As you know, in order for a contract to be valid, both parties must put up valid property for consideration. Without consideration, no contract can be lawfully valid.  This property must be rightfully owned by each party.  In the case of Alliant, the money loaned would need to be an asset on Alliant’s balance sheet prior to closing.
